About this deal

And my son loves his Grandpa so I think he empathises with the relationship Jason has with his Grandpa. We will publish your review of Grandpa In My Pocket [2009] on DVD within a few days as long as it meets our guidelines. Following the success of the first series in April 2009, a second was commissioned in March 2010, with a third filmed in 2011. This particular selection of five recent episodes of Grandpa In My pocket features all of our favourite characters including Bubbles the babysitter, Great Aunt Loretta and of course, Captain Dumbletwit.

In the United Kingdom, the first season was released on DVD by Warner Home Video from 2010-2011, with Decode Enterprises securing the deal in July 2009. Armed with his magic shrinking cap which only his grandson, Jason, knows about, Grandpa and young Jason go on a host of fun filled, hilarious adventures.

Jason and Grandpa think he's as nice and lovely as he was when he was younger, but he's now a greedy and lazy teenager. Jason and Grandpa want to go to the beach, but Great Aunt Loretta comes into the house overreacting over a simple tummy ache. Julie Mason (Zara Ramm), known as Auntie Jules to Josh and Elsie: Jason and Jemima's mum, Christopher's wife and Grandpa's daughter. Since his shrinking exploits have a habit of leading to chaos of one kind or another, Jason will spend a good deal of his time trying to sort out the mess, but he knows that his grandfather always means well.

On a lovely bike ride day, Jason knows very well that nothing stops Grandpa when he is small - and flying a kite. There are only 7 episodes on the disc so it doesn't go too long but he loves it and it teaches good morals, etc. When he puts the cap on Grandpa shrinks and creates comic mayhem, but somehow Grandpa and Jason always manage to save the day. Grandpa in My Pocket is a British children's comedy-drama television series commissioned by Michael Carrington for CBeebies, the BBC's dedicated pre-school and nursery channel targeting children aged 2–7 years. This series is very entertaining, and teaches morals and good manners in a way that appeals to youngsters.Grandpa and Jason are not thrilled to have the miserable grumpy Great Aunt Loretta looking after them, so they find a way to make her laugh. The Masons' windmill for the fourth series is Cley Windmill, located in Cley next the Sea in Norfolk. Only his grandson, Jason (Jay Ruckley), knows about this magic cap, which shrinks Grandpa to a size small enough to fit into Jason's pocket.

When she gets stuck in a window, it's Beowulf the Brilliant to the rescue, with a little teamwork from Grandpa and Jason. Jason, who is now a teenager, has moved with his family into a windmill which they have opened as a hotel. Both my daughters (ages 5 and 2) are fans of Grandpa in my pocket, and played the first DVD over and over everyday, so they couldn't wait to get the second one in the series.
