I wanted to go and do stuff and play – I also wanted to eat fish fingers and all the stuff my friends were eating at home. He will visit different food producers across the UK to learn more about what they produce, before turning them into ingredients for a delicious Asian dish. Over the years, Jeremy's expertise in the Chinese food industry has continued to gain him recognition, winning both Rising Young Star and Best Specialist Cookery School at the British Cookery School Awards 2015.Jeremy has published two of his own cookbooks: demystifying Chinese cooking in Chinese Unchopped, and exploring different delectable dishes in Hong Kong Diner.

Jeremy’s new series is now airing on Saturday mornings at 11:35 am on ITV main channel until 20th August 2022, and on catch-up via the ITV: hub.

He completed his Master's degree in biochemical engineering from the University of Bath, England, in 2006. Those two or three dishes are there to be shared – that absolutely is our way of cooking and eating.
